I bought the Samsung 50Q60TAU model TV from the Malatya Park AVM Samsung dealer in December 2020. When I bought it, I asked the store when the warranty of the product would start. They told me that it would start after installation. I had the TV installed on 16.11.2021. After using it for about 1.5 years, the TV suddenly turned off. So after 1.5 years of use, the image went out. I called the service, they came and took 250 TL for the service fee. They wanted 6000 TL for the repair of the product. The service told me that they would give me a discount if you call the general center. I called the center and someone called C**** kept me busy for more than 10 days. Then she called me and said that the general center decided to continue at the same price. Then I called the place where I bought the product and said that when you sold it to me, you said that the warranty starts with the installation, but Samsung does not accept this. The answer they gave me is: such a thing happens, we still sell it that way. I realized that Samsung never cares about customer satisfaction. I will never buy Samsung again and I tell everyone. I bought an imperium 9 from Arçelik. I didn't like it, the service came in 1 week, boxed it, took it and returned it. Samsung has programmed the TV between 2 and 3 years and it malfunctions immediately. Because many people complain. Buy and use another brand instead of Samsung.
