My Samsung washing machine, which weighs 10.5 kg, leaves stains on my white laundry that look like oil. I reached out to customer service, and they told me to get in touch with the service personnel at Max Electronics. They said it was because of the detergent. I switched my laundry detergents, but the problem didn't go away. The repair guys came back and said there was an issue with the drum, so they took my washing machine. They messed up the drain pipe under the sink while doing this. I had to pay extra for repairs. They gave back the machine, saying they replaced the drum, but the problem still persisted. After getting in touch again, they came over to my house and completely replaced the drum. But, once I switched it out, my machine which used to be quiet started making a bunch of noise. I'm still dealing with those pesky white stains on my laundry. I switched up all the detergents I use regularly, but they're saying it's a problem with the chemicals and won't help me get a replacement. The customer service representative named "B**** Be*" told me that they won't be making any more service visits. I can't do my white laundry right now because my washing machine is still not working properly. It's definitely in bad shape. The noise began after we replaced the drum, and the stains are still there. I'm thinking about filing a formal complaint about this service.
