My Samsung Z Flip Screen Malfunctioned After Protector - Service Demands Fee

I used a screen protector for my Samsung Z Flip phone, and afterward, I experienced a screen malfunction. The service center claimed the issue was caused by the screen protector and demanded a ₺12,000 repair fee. At the time of purchase, it was stated that the device was water-resistant. I was also not informed that using a screen protector could void support or cause damage. When a friend of mine had a similar issue with a different brand, their service center immediately offered a replacement or a refund. However, Samsung's service claimed the screen protector damaged the display and refused to provide any support. I am not satisfied with this situation.
