I Bought a Samsung TV and the LEDs Burned Out at the End of the Warranty

 It's too bad the TV's LED lights stopped working around ten to fifteen days after the warranty ended. Since the TV had been functioning normally for two years before to this, I find the timing of this rather odd. I knew Samsung to be a trustworthy company, and anticipated great things from their products yet it seems my faith was misplaced, since the LED lights on the TV failed so soon after the warranty period ended, leaving me upset and unsatisfied. so now I need help, it's disappointing to have this happen to a product I once had faith in. Please assist me in fixing the LED lights so that I may have faith again in Samsung as a reputable company. I am counting on Samsung to address this issue seriously and offer a workable solution. In my opinion, a company's reputation is built on the satisfaction of its customers, so I have faith that Samsung will do the right thing and take care of this issue as soon as possible. We could really use your help getting this sorted out.
