In 2018, I paid 750 Turkish Lira (approximately $190) for a Samsung Gear S2 Sports R720 model watch. After speaking with Samsung's technical support, authorized dealers, and customer service representatives about a software update, I was told that I should no longer use the device and should instead dispose of it. Despite the fact that I made no errors while using the device, I am forced to face the harsh reality that I have already spent a significant amount of money on something that I am no longer using. Samsung should be ashamed that they haven't resolved my issue! Because the one I have is broken, I demand either a new device or a full refund for the price of the watch.
