2-Year Warranty on Samsung QLED TV Meant Nothing, We'll Have Straight Lines on the Screen Forever

The limited 2-year warranty on Samsung QLED TVs is incredibly disappointing. Samsung's confidence in their top-tier LED TVs seems to extend only as far as a mere 2 years. The TV, elegantly mounted on the wall, suddenly developed straight lines on its own, rendering it practically useless just after completing its initial 2-year term. The TV, comprising the essential components of the main board and panel, malfunctioned inexplicably. I deeply regret choosing Samsung. Another TV from the same series, which has had no issues, spontaneously developed a screen problem. It's absurd that a TV, which survived two major earthquakes unscathed while hanging on the wall, would malfunction for no apparent reason within two years. This situation implies that the lovely people of our beautiful country are expected to change their TVs every two years, almost like a joke. Well, let Samsung take note of the dissatisfaction with their devices – we'll see each other again in two years.

We have experienced how the quality of Samsung's top-tier screen product, which was promoted as high-end, has deteriorated in just 2.5 years. In a separate situation, while the same TV can currently be found on the market for just under 22,000 TL, they are asking for 18,000 TL + VAT just for a panel replacement, which is literally a joke.

I would like to thank the Samsung officials for their interest. They stood behind their products until the end.
