2-Year Warranty on Samsung QLED TV Meant Nothing, We'll Have Straight Lines on the Screen Forever

A few days after the two-year warranty on my Samsung QLED 50 TV ran out, I noticed lines on the screen. To my disappointment, the screen went dark all the way this evening. What the heck is going on here? Are we only going to buy TVs every two years? The fact that the TV stops working after the warranty is over is disappointing. Was it wrong for me to trust Samsung? A TV isn't something you buy every day, and expensive items like these shouldn't break down so quickly. I want to know what's going on and get help from Samsung officials. When you buy a well-known brand expecting quality and longevity, only to have problems soon after the warranty ends, it's a letdown.

Samsung Smart QLED TV started turning on and off by itself for no reason, and you can't do anything with the remote control, and the screen doesn't even come on. After some research, it was found to be a chronic panel issue. There are thousands of people on the site experiencing the same problem. Somehow, this problem occurs right after the warranty expires. The TV I bought by giving a month's salary at the time went to the trash after two and a half years. I demand that this defect be fixed by Samsung. I will not pay a single penny, including the service fee, for this defective product. Just as Samsung pushes defective products onto people, they will come and repair it for free.

However, just two years later, my TV is experiencing serious screen issues. There are purple reflections at the bottom of the screen and ...

About 15-20 days after my purchase on June 25, 2021, of the Samsung QE50Q60TAUXTK 50" television, dead pixels started to appear on the screen in the form of black lines in July 2023. We contacted customer service and were informed that, since the warranty had expired, we would have to pay for any re...

I’m deeply disappointed in my Samsung QLED TV. After the warranty expired, a thin black line suddenly appeared in the center of the screen. Shortly afterward, a white horizontal line formed at the bottom, and now the entire screen has gone completely black. I bought this TV based on Samsung’s strong...
