Samsung QLED 65Q60B Screen Issues – Seeking Warranty Support

I purchased the Samsung 65Q60B QLED TV on September 7, 2022, after being assured that QLED screens have a longer lifespan and come with a 10-year screen warranty. However, just two years later, my TV is experiencing serious screen issues. There are purple reflections at the bottom of the screen and noticeable dark patches in the middle.

Samsung marketed this as a premium TV with long-lasting screen quality, but now I’m left wondering—did I pay a fortune for just two years of use? My standard warranty has expired, but given the claims about QLED durability, I expect free repair support. Samsung, stand by your promises and provide a solution!

"The service performed a fault diagnosis, and the result was disappointing: the panel price is 22,000 TL. It is currently at the solution center; I hope the Samsung company stands by its product and replaces the panel. They claimed a 10-year screen warranty for the Samsung QLED TV, but what difference does that make for screen burn-in? If you are so confident in your screen, should we intentionally burn it? I don't understand; we will wait and see."
