For the past four to five months, I’ve been experiencing a serious focus problem with the rear camera on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Photos taken in 1X mode always come out blurry, but when I switch to 0.9X, they become clear again. However, from 1X up to 4X, the image remains blurry, and it only becomes sharp again after 4X zoom. I believe this issue started after the most recent software update.
I’ve been using this phone for four years without any issues, and I’ve always trusted Samsung’s quality. But seeing such a problem occur on its own is very disappointing. The issue happens every time I use the camera, and I haven’t tried any potential fixes yet. My device is no longer under warranty, and I don’t have the purchase invoice. My IMEI number is 357650250436467.
I strongly believe this is a software-related problem, not a hardware failure. I urgently request that Samsung release a software update to fix this camera focus issue as soon as possible.
