I’ve been experiencing a recurring charging port issue with my Samsung Galaxy A54 for about a year. The problem first appeared on June 6, 2024, and has reoccurred approximately every three months since then. Occasionally, the charging port stops working properly, which disrupts my daily phone usage.
I brought my device to the Samsung Authorized Service Center in Konak/İzmir, where the charging port was replaced under warranty. However, despite the repair, the same issue has returned multiple times and still persists today. Having to visit the service center repeatedly for the same defect has become frustrating and inconvenient.
Given that this defect continues even after multiple repairs, I request a permanent solution and ask that my request for a device replacement be considered.
