Samsung Galaxy A34 Overheats and Shuts Down at 50% After October 2025 Update

After the October 12, 2025 software update, my Samsung Galaxy A34 5G started having a serious issue. Even though I always use the original Samsung charger, the phone now overheats excessively, and when the battery drops below 50%, it shuts down automatically. This problem never occurred before and started only after the latest update. The issue continues everywhere, regardless of the environment or usage conditions.

My phone’s warranty expired about six months ago, and I purchased it from Vatan Bilgisayar. When I contacted Samsung customer service, I was told to take the device to an authorized service center, which I plan to do this Friday. Other than the shutdown problem, the phone functions normally.

I’ve been a Samsung user since 2010, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. I request immediate assistance and a proper solution from the responsible technical team.
