Samsung Galaxy A16 Back Panel Vibrates While Watching Videos

On October 11, 2025, I purchased a brand-new Samsung Galaxy A16 (256GB) from a Turkcell store in Kayseri. However, from the very first day, I noticed a disturbing vibration in the back panel whenever I watch videos or play any type of audio content. The vibration is quite noticeable and makes using the phone uncomfortable. My previous phone was also a Samsung, and I never experienced anything like this before.

When I reported the issue to the store, they told me that it was “normal” and didn’t take any further action. I also tried several troubleshooting methods, including factory reset and software updates, but none of them resolved the problem. My phone is still under warranty, and I have the purchase invoice.

I did not expect to face such a defect on a brand-new device. I am requesting that my issue be resolved immediately by replacing the phone or issuing a full refund. This situation has been very disappointing, and I expect Samsung to stand behind its product.
