I Face Overheating and Video Playback Issues on Samsung S24 Despite Warranty

I purchased my Samsung S24 from Evkur in February, and although the phone is still under warranty, I have been experiencing serious problems for the past three weeks. The screen overheats excessively, especially while watching videos on Instagram, and in many cases the videos fail to play.

In addition, last week I also faced a freezing issue while using WhatsApp. These problems are making it difficult to use the phone normally and are unacceptable for a new device that should be performing smoothly.

So far, I have not attempted any troubleshooting, nor have I contacted Samsung customer service. I still have the invoice for the device. Since I use the phone in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, I notice the overheating mainly occurs during Instagram video playback.

I am requesting that Samsung repair or replace my device under warranty to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I expect a lasting solution so I can continue to use my phone without interruptions.
