Brand New Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Screen Defect Not Covered Under Warranty

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 on April 22, 2026, and after only six months of use, a visible crease line appeared across the center of the screen due to its foldable design. This issue has persisted for about two weeks now. I took the device, along with my invoice and warranty documents, to the authorized Samsung service center in Çankaya. However, after their inspection, they claimed the screen damage was caused by user error and demanded a ₺13,000 repair fee. They also mentioned a fault in the charging port.
It’s unacceptable that such an expensive device would experience a major defect this early, yet be classified as user damage. The service center and customer support even admitted that similar issues are common with this model, but still refused to offer a warranty repair or any compensation.
I am requesting a free replacement or repair under warranty, as this is clearly a manufacturing defect and should be treated as an “ayipli ürün” (defective product) under consumer protection law.
My service order number is 0006294282. I also urge Samsung to inform other consumers experiencing the same issue and to take responsibility for quality control in this product line.
