Samsung A06 Touchscreen Not Responding – Freezes Constantly After Update

I have been using my Samsung A06 smartphone for about two months, and since the very beginning, I’ve been experiencing serious touchscreen issues. I purchased the phone in cash from an authorized retailer, and I have both the invoice and warranty certificate. While using the device, the touchscreen frequently freezes — when the phone rings or when I try to turn it off, the screen becomes completely unresponsive. It also opens random apps or taps on areas I haven’t touched, and overall, the touchscreen does not function properly. After the latest software update, the problems have become even worse. Even while writing this message, the phone keeps freezing, and I have to press the side button multiple times just to get it to respond again.

I have contacted Samsung customer service and technical support multiple times regarding these issues, but no solution has been provided. I haven’t sent the phone to service yet because I’ve learned that many other users with the same problem haven’t received a fix either. The problem occurs constantly, across all apps and use cases — it’s not limited to specific situations.

Such a widespread and persistent defect is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund, as this product is clearly defective. I expect Samsung to resolve this issue and compensate for my inconvenience.
