I Face Overheating Problem With Samsung Galaxy A36 5G Bought From MediaMarkt
About 16 days ago, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A36 5G from the MediaMarkt Orion2 store in Çorlu, Tekirdağ. Since the day I bought it, I’ve been dealing with a serious overheating problem. No matter what I use the phone for—whether simple browsing, regular apps, or general usage—it heats up excessively within a short period of time. The issue isn’t tied to a specific app or task; it happens consistently.
So far, I haven’t taken any technical action regarding this issue. However, I have the invoice, warranty certificate, and all the official documents for the purchase. I paid ₺18,000 for this device, and I expected reliable performance.
Given that this overheating issue affects normal usage and creates discomfort, I am requesting that the device be replaced with an equivalent model. I kindly ask MediaMarkt and Samsung to resolve this issue as quickly as possible so that I can use my phone without ongoing problems.
