I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with my Samsung A51 smartphone for about a year — the device won’t turn on properly. When I try to power it up, the screen freezes on the “Samsung A51” logo, and nothing else happens. Because I originally bought the phone from MediaMarkt, I sent it to service even though the warranty had expired. The service center reported a motherboard failure and quoted a ₺3,000 repair fee, which I find excessive.
After doing some research, I discovered that many Samsung A51 users are facing the same issue, which clearly points to a widespread manufacturing defect. It’s unacceptable that a company as large as Samsung produces devices with such critical faults and refuses to take responsibility for them.
Even though my warranty has expired, I’m requesting a free repair or replacement, as this is a chronic, recurring defect that affects many customers. The fact that this problem is so common shows that the product is inherently defective.
I ask Samsung to take accountability and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
