I bought it in 2020, and now, while I'm using it, the phone suddenly freezes and shuts down on its own. This is happening a shocking 15-20 times a day!
When it happens, I'm forced to factory reset the phone and turn it back on, but it often gets stuck on the "Samsung Galaxy M31" screen. I've owned this phone for four years, and I've been a loyal Samsung user for many more, but this is the first time I've ever experienced such a severe problem with one of their mobile phones. It's completely unacceptable that a device would become this unreliable.
Samsung officials, you need to contact me as soon as possible and find a solution to this problem! Fix my Samsung Galaxy M31's constant crashing and freezing issues immediately. I expect a prompt and effective resolution.
