I’ve been using a Samsung Galaxy A32, and lately the screen keeps freezing randomly, making the phone completely unresponsive. I have to force restart the device just to get it to work again. Sometimes it starts working after a restart, but other times it remains frozen and unusable. It’s like the phone decides on its own whether it wants to function or not.

I've already checked for software updates and made sure the device is up to date, but that hasn’t fixed anything. This issue happens frequently now and makes the phone extremely unreliable. I can't use it for important calls, messages, or anything that requires quick access—it just freezes and becomes useless.

I bought this phone expecting reliability, especially from a trusted brand like Samsung, but instead, I’m dealing with a recurring problem that interrupts my daily routine. Is anyone else facing this issue and has found a permanent fix? And Samsung, if this is a known issue, I urge you to provide a proper update or solution. I paid good money for this phone and expect it to work as promised. Please respond and help resolve this matter as soon as possible.
