I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with Instagram on my Samsung S24 Ultra since yesterday. On both my profile and my friends’ profiles, I can see that the post count is visible, but instead of displaying the posts, it says “No posts yet.” On my own profile, it even shows the “Create post” button — even though I already have multiple existing posts.
When I log into my account from a different device, all of my posts appear normally. This means the issue is specific to my Samsung S24 Ultra, not my account. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache and data, resetting app preferences, and even updating my phone’s software, but none of these steps have worked. All other apps on my device are working fine — the problem exists only on Instagram. There are no restrictions or penalties on my account either.
Before reaching out to Instagram’s support team, I wanted to check here for possible solutions. I’m requesting that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so that my posts become visible again.
