I’m using the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, and every time I open Snapchat, the phone vibrates as if a notification has arrived—but nothing actually shows up. It’s like the phone falsely thinks there’s a new alert, and it happens every single time I enter the app.
I’ve tried everything to fix it. I changed the app’s notification settings, cleared the cache, and even uninstalled and reinstalled Snapchat, but the problem remains. It’s not the app—it’s clearly a compatibility issue with the phone itself. As a result, I can’t use Snapchat comfortably at all.
This is not what I expected from a flagship phone. Samsung, I’m asking for a real solution to this bug. Whether it’s a software update or a compatibility patch, something needs to be done. I paid for a premium device—I shouldn’t have to deal with these constant interruptions just trying to use basic social apps. Please address and resolve this issue promptly.
