Instagram Posts Not Loading on Samsung A56 Despite Strong Internet Connection

For the past three days, I’ve been unable to view Instagram posts on my Samsung A56 — neither on my own account nor on other users’ profiles. Posts simply don’t load, and I don’t receive any error messages. The issue persists on both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections.

I’ve tried every recommended troubleshooting step, including reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, and clearing cache and data, but nothing has worked. Both my Instagram app and my phone’s operating system are up to date, and there are no restrictions or penalties on my account.

I’m requesting that this Instagram loading issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, as I can’t access any posts despite my account being in good standing.
