I downloaded PUBG Mobile from the Galaxy Store, and for a long time now, I’ve been dealing with a persistent in-app purchase error. No matter what I do, I can’t complete any purchases in the game. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, adding a new payment card, and contacting customer service—and yes, I have sufficient balance on my account.
Despite doing everything by the book, I keep getting the same purchase failure message. It’s extremely frustrating. I’m starting to wonder if this is being done intentionally, because this issue has been going on for quite a while now with no resolution.
Samsung or Galaxy Store team—you need to fix this immediately. I’ve tried every step possible on my end, and it’s clear the issue lies with the Galaxy Store’s payment integration. If your platform can’t support purchases reliably, users will simply stop trusting it.
