I Get B7002 Error When Using Galaxy Store Coupons Despite Balance and Valid Setup

I’m trying to use my Galaxy Store coupon on a game I downloaded directly from the Galaxy Store, but every time I attempt to make a purchase, I receive the same message:
“Your purchase could not be completed – Error code B7002.”

I’ve double-checked everything—my coupon is active, my payment card has sufficient balance, and the app was installed properly through the Galaxy Store. There should be no reason for this to fail. Yet it keeps happening.

This issue is not unique to me. I’ve seen many other users reporting the same B7002 error online, which proves it’s a broader technical problem. Samsung, this is unacceptable. What’s the point of offering coupons if your system won’t let us use them?

Please fix the B7002 error and ensure Galaxy Store coupons can be applied without failure. I expect a clear update or solution soon. Don’t offer benefits that customers can’t actually redeem.
