My Samsung S25 Overheats Severely - Unplayable PUBG
The extreme overheating I'm experiencing with this device is completely abnormal. When I bought it, this phone was highly praised, yet it gets hot even with daily use, and when playing games like PUBG Mobile, it reaches 40-45 degrees Celsius within just 20 minutes! This makes both game performance unbearable and holding the device incredibly difficult.
When I contacted Samsung's authorized service, they provided absolutely no solution, claiming it's not considered a problem unless it reaches 50 degrees Celsius. This is ridiculous! I'm not even going to get started on the battery drain; I've already lost 1% charge just by typing this complaint. This isn't what I paid for.
Samsung, you need to fix this severe overheating issue on my S25 immediately! Your service's arbitrary temperature threshold is unacceptable. Provide a solution or replace my faulty device now, and address the rapid battery drain!

I bought a Samsung S25 and I will definitely never choose this brand again. I encountered a service that considers 48 degrees normal; the device heats up even during video calls. There are many other brands at the same price. Don't pay attention to the features—if you can't use the 8th gen processor, it doesn't mean anything. It's been less than a month since I bought my device, and when a malfunction occurs due to overheating, they will probably blame it on user error.
Absolutely no solution was offered; during video calls, gaming, and navigation, the device reaches 48 degrees (feels even hotter). Even though I took it to the service twice, they said up to 70 degrees is normal. For a device you can't even hold in your hand, it's way too expensive. The S25 has definitely been a regret for me.
