I purchased a Samsung S3 Ultra from Cdiscount in France, and after receiving it, I switched the system language to Turkish as I don’t speak French fluently. However, even after setting the language, around 80% of the phone’s menus are still stuck in French. Basic settings, system menus, and app texts continue to show up in French, making it extremely difficult to use the phone efficiently.
I expected full language support, especially for a flagship device like this. It’s frustrating to deal with a device that doesn’t respect your language settings. I bought this phone expecting a seamless user experience—not to be constantly translating every menu item just to operate it. Samsung, I need clear guidance on how to fully localize my device to Turkish, or you should provide a software update or regional firmware flash that fixes this issue.
