I Added ₺50 to Samsung S Wallet but My Balance Still Shows 0
A few days ago, I downloaded the newly promoted Samsung S Wallet app on my Android phone and loaded ₺50 from my credit card as a test. The transaction was successfully reflected on my credit card statement, but my S Wallet balance still shows 0—not a single kuruş. This clearly indicates a system issue, and yet, there’s no support or guidance available to resolve it.
I called the official Samsung Turkey customer service line (0850 252 22 22) listed on their website, followed all the automated prompts, but never reached a human representative. I then submitted a written complaint through their "Corporate Reputation Protection" section online, but I received no help or response.
Left without options, I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer to challenge the charge, and I am now waiting for the outcome. For a brand like Samsung, this level of inaccessibility and negligence is shocking. I urge Samsung to fix the bug in the S Wallet app immediately and credit the missing balance to my account. This is unacceptable and has made me seriously question Samsung’s reliability when it comes to financial features.
