My Samsonite Bag Fell Apart But Warranty Rejected

I wanted to express my frustration with the state of my Samsonite bag. It has completely deteriorated, even though it's supposed to be a long-lasting product from a reputable brand. When I went up to the store manager where I bought it, they didn't seem to care about helping me at all. I was informed that no action could be taken due to the product's age. I wasn't anticipating a refund or repair, but I just wanted to point out that Samsonite doesn't quite live up to its reputation for reliability. The brand didn't even support its own product. Yeah, the bag is pretty old, but it's not like it got messed up from being used too much. It just kinda fell apart from not being used enough. Consider carefully before shelling out thousands of lira on a brand that fails to deliver on its promise. I'll keep on posting about my experience on social media.
