Salomon Shoes Fell Apart in Days—Return Request Denied

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes from Boyner, expecting durability, but they started falling apart almost immediately. Despite careful use, the fabric inside the shoe began pilling, and a visible tear appeared on the exterior after the first wear! These shoes are supposedly built for outdoor use, yet they can’t even withstand light daily wear in the city—how could they possibly handle rough terrain?
I submitted a return request within 30 days, but Boyner rejected it, claiming the issue wasn’t a manufacturing defect. This is completely unacceptable. A premium-priced shoe should last more than a few wears! I demand a refund or replacement. If Salomon won’t stand by their products, why should customers keep buying them?
