Please Lift The Ban - Minichat

I am a user of the Minichat application and my personal account was suddenly banned without any clear reason. When I opened the application, I saw the message “You're banned” and the reason appeared only as “or behavior”, which is unclear and meaningless. I have never engaged in any inappropriate action or behavior that would justify such a ban, and I believe this sanction was applied by mistake. My Minichat ID is 383509***. I do not know the exact date when the ban was imposed; I only realized it when I logged into the application and saw that my account was blocked. I do not know how to contact Minichat support directly through the application, so I am submitting this complaint here. I kindly request that you review my account and activities in detail and lift this unjust ban so that my personal account can be reactivated and I can continue using the service.
