On June 18, 2023, I took a flight from Gothenburg to Stockholm with reservation number DKME4K. However, I encountered multiple issues with Kiwi's services. Firstly, the Ryanair website wouldn't allow me to check in online, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Upon arrival at the airport, despite having paid the check-in fee and being entitled to 10 kg of baggage, I was charged an exorbitant amount of 3097.32 SEK. When I inquired about the reason for this, I was informed that it originated from Kiwi. It is unfair that my travel companions and I were subjected to such excessive charges, and I have been unable to reach anyone at Kiwi to address the issue. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, and I demand a resolution to this matter.
