Ryanair Charged Me 60 EUR for Airport Check-In After No Online Email Was Sent

September 26, 2025 11:36 AM43

On September 24, 2025, I attempted to complete the online check-in for my Ryanair flight from Gothenburg to London (Reservation No: ZRPPS). Although it was stated that an email would be sent two hours before the flight to complete the online check-in, I never received any such email.

As a result, I was unable to complete the online check-in and, upon arriving at the airport, I was charged an additional 60 EUR, which I was forced to pay by credit card.

I tried to reach Ryanair customer service regarding this issue, but I could not reach any representative, and my problem remains unresolved. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I request that my grievance be addressed immediately.

I am requesting a refund of the 60 EUR that I paid at the airport to be credited back to my credit card.
