I Can’t Check In Online for My 12.06.2025 Kiwi.com Budapest-Antalya Flight
I have a flight from Budapest to Antalya on June 12, 2025, and I’ve run into a serious issue—I’m unable to complete my online check-in through Kiwi.com. Every time I enter my PNR number, the system fails to proceed. When I contacted support, I was told I have to check in at the airport instead. This is completely unacceptable.
Why am I being forced to do airport check-in when Kiwi advertises online check-in as part of their service? On top of that, I’ve been informed that I’ll be charged an additional fee for check-in at the airport. This is not only unfair, but also misleading for customers who expect a smooth digital process.
I have booked many flights through Kiwi.com before, but this experience is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and that I be allowed to check in online without incurring extra fees. If not, I will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer rights authorities. Fix this now!
