Ryanair Ignores My Request to Change My Ticket Due to Family Reasons
I reached out to Ryanair to change my ticket because of some family stuff, but I still haven’t heard back from them. I bought the ticket from you thinking that if something went wrong, I could contact you for help. But even though I’ve tried, I feel overlooked, and it’s putting me in a tough spot. I get that there might be rules or restrictions, but it seems really unfair that my request isn't even being acknowledged. I could really use some help with this issue, and I’d be grateful if someone could look into my concern. I really need to feel like my concerns are being listened to and taken seriously, especially when it comes to something as urgent as travel plans.
