Ryanair Check-in Error

I made a flight reservation from Lisbon to Vienna on July 5, 2023, using MyTrip's website. The excitement before the flight turned into a disaster during check-in. Ryanair asked for the online check-in information that I never got from MyTrip. They didn't give me a reservation number or credit card details, just a PNR number.

So, after a really stressful chat with Ryanair, it turns out that the information provided by MyTrip wasn't enough. Ryanair couldn't find my booking because the information given by another agency was incorrect. When I contacted MyTrip, they said that Ryanair's system was having issues. I got stuck in a tough spot and had to pay a huge 55 Euros for checking in at the airport!

Take this as a heads up. MyTrip totally ditched me, left me super stressed out, and I ended up losing 55 Euros. You should really reconsider before picking MyTrip, especially if you're prepared to deal with 3 hours of airport problems. Is it worth all the trouble, the annoyance, or just wasting 55 Euros? You should be the judge!
