Ryanair Charged Me for Seat Selection but Assigned Random Seat

I bought a ticket from Ryanair and paid for a specific seat, but they ended up giving me a seat that was totally random. Also, they took my billing details but didn't give me an invoice. This airline seriously needs to stop all their flights worldwide because it's impossible to get a hold of anyone for support. Don't count on receiving polite treatment from their staff.

In the name of offering “cheap” flights, they’ve created a system full of traps that force passengers to pay hidden and excessive fees. I’ve traveled the world...

32 I reached out to Ryanair to change my ticket because of some family stuff, but I still haven’t heard back from them.
