Ryanair Triple Delay and Bad Customer Service
Ryanair is an awful company. This is the absolute worst I've ever come across. For my vacation, I've organized visits to three different countries. Every single flight experienced delays. They give preferential treatment to passengers who have paid additional fees by allowing them to board first. They seem to find a way to charge for every little thing along the way. Even if you're assigned a seat, there's no guarantee it will stay that way. Airlines have been known to reassign seats if they can make a profit by selling them to someone else. The company is just average and their tickets are quite pricey. The price-to-performance ratio is extremely poor.
