Ruul.io has a payment system riddled with errors from start to finish. I've had to update it 4-5 times, and even after notifying customer service, the issues persist. They claim discrepancies between information after the deposit is made, prolonging the process with various excuses. One customer advisor claims it's resolved, while another insists it's not. They lack professionalism and problem-solving skills, continuously resorting to the same excuses without making progress. Frankly, I don't find the system reliable.
