Ruul.io has a payment system riddled with errors from start to finish. I've had to update it 4-5 times, and even after notifying customer service, the issues persist. They claim discrepancies between information after the deposit is made, prolonging the process with various excuses. One customer advisor claims it's resolved, while another insists it's not.
