Russell Hobbs Coffee Grinder Stopped Working and Can’t Be Repaired
My Russell Hobbs coffee grinder has not been working for about one month. I purchased the product from an online store, and the issue occurred after the warranty period had expired.
After experiencing this problem, I contacted the authorized service center. They informed me that the product cannot be repaired and that I would need to purchase a new one. As a solution, they only offered a $3 gift voucher. I do not have the warranty certificate or invoice, only written correspondence related to the issue.
I am requesting that my non-working coffee grinder be repaired, or, if repair is not possible, that a replacement product be provided. I do not believe that offering only a $3 gift voucher adequately addresses my situation, and I expect a fairer and more satisfactory solution regarding my product.
