Royal Match Disabled My Chat After Entering Birth Year
When I tried to log into Royal Match, a year selection button appeared. Thinking it was just a random prompt, I entered this year, only to realize too late that it was actually asking for my birth year. As soon as I did this, my chat feature was completely disabled, and I have no way to fix it.
Now, due to regional age restrictions, I can’t use chat, and the parental control button doesn’t help either. I don’t understand why this happened in the first place, and the only communication option left is sending a card request, which is useless.
I need support to restore my chat access immediately.
