I have been chat banned on Royal Match for over a month, and I can’t even contact support because the help section is disabled for me. I need this ban lifted immediately.

I reinstalled the game twice, but I got banned again due to a keyboard error. Now, whenever I try to send a message, it gets deleted instantly. I don’t understand why this is happening, and I can’t even ask for help through the app.

Royal Match, please fix this issue! I just want to chat normally again. Has anyone else experienced this? I need a solution now.
