eBay Sent Wrong Product, Refund Delayed Due to Customs Return

On July 10, 2024, I made a purchase on eBay and tracked my order to find it held at customs. When I went to the customs office to collect it, I realized the product was not what I had ordered. The staff informed me that if I didn’t accept the delivery, the item would be automatically returned. I initiated a return request on eBay, but since I didn’t personally send the item back (as it was automatically returned after 7 business days), I didn’t print the return label. Now, my refund process seems to be stuck, and I haven’t received my money back. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, and how did you resolve it? I need help to move this process forward and get my refund.
