We purchased a Western Mediterranean tour on the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas. While booking, the Yunan Islands were recommended, and we were told it was a highly popular tour that sells out quickly. However, 20 days later, we were informed that if we didn’t purchase our own flight tickets, we wouldn’t be allowed to join the tour.
We requested a refund immediately and had to call every day for 15 days before finally receiving our money after speaking with a manager. Due to this delay, our credit card remained blocked, preventing us from booking another tour. As a result, many tours we were interested in sold out, and our annual leave was wasted. Additionally, the value of our refund decreased significantly during this period. The process was exhausting, with constant calls and follow-ups.
We feel completely let down by Royal Caribbean and demand they improve their refund process to avoid similar inconveniences for future customers.
