I contacted Royal Caribbean Türkiye customer service at 0216 359 82 22 regarding a concern about my paid trip and was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from a representative named B****. Instead of receiving assistance, I encountered disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, which I find completely unacceptable.
I believe my travel rights have been violated, and the lack of knowledge and courtesy displayed during the call was shocking. Such poor customer service reflects badly on the Royal Caribbean brand. I expect a prompt review of this issue, an apology, and immediate action to ensure no other customer experiences this kind of treatment in the future.
