From May 12-19, 2024, my group of six joined Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas Western Mediterranean Cruise, booked via Setur. We were promised Turkish-speaking tour guides for the land tours, which we purchased for €350 per person (a discounted rate for full tour participation). Unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. The tours did not cover all the promised locations, and late starts meant time constraints affected the experience. Public transportation was used instead of private, and the guide's unprofessional behavior further disrupted the schedule. We were rushed during meals and missed free time entirely.
We have detailed our complaint via email to Royal Caribbean Türkiye (r***********@rccl.com.tr and c*****@rccl.com.tr) and are requesting a 50% refund of the €350 per person paid due to the subpar service provided. Our bank details have been shared, and we expect prompt resolution.
