From May 12-19, 2024, my spouse and I enjoyed a cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas, visiting Spain and Italy. While the ship and itinerary were excellent, the private land tours we paid €700 for fell far short of expectations. The guide was unprofessional, inattentive, and unqualified to lead the group. Except for the first day, no private vehicles were arranged; instead, we used trains and city buses. Delayed departures to key destinations like Rome and Capri resulted in rushed schedules, and mistakes with ticket bookings further disrupted the experience.

Key promised destinations were skipped, and there was no guidance on dining options. The guide displayed aggression toward participants and failed to issue a partial refund as promised. We demand a refund of €350 under the "defective service" category. If we do not receive this within three days, we will escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Royal Caribbean must take immediate steps to ensure higher quality service in the future.

Unfortunately, there was no response. We were not at all satisfied with the Turkish guide and tour services on this ship. We are seeking our rights in court. We couldn't go to Portofino by boat. Public transportation was always preferred. We experienced time constraints. The tour upset us. It continues to upset us.
