Royal Caribbean Sold Me a Used Bag on Oasis of the Seas and Refused a Refund

From April 7-14, 2024, I joined Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas Eastern Caribbean cruise. While most of the experience was delightful, the final days were ruined by a shocking issue. I purchased a bag for $2,750 as a gift for my spouse, only to realize it was used. When I tried to return it within 10 minutes, my request was denied due to "company policy." Despite insisting, I was met with security intervention, creating an embarrassing and unpleasant scene.

To make matters worse, it became evident that many products in the store were second-hand, which is absurd in such a luxury setting. This completely soured our trip. I demand an immediate explanation and resolution for this unacceptable experience.
