Rowenta VU5540 Fan Blade Stock Shortage

I wanted to talk to you about a problem I'm having because I really trust your products and brand, and I don't want that trust to be lost. I bought the "vu5540 model" fan with the blade code "1800135059" five years ago. Sadly, I completely broke the blade because of my own mistake. I reached out to the spare parts branch to ask for a replacement, but they told me they didn't have it available. So, I gave your headquarters a call to open a support ticket. I talked to your customer rep at 1:03 PM, and she kept saying over and over again that the product was not being made right now. We don't have any spare parts! That's all I can say. I'm wondering if I should get rid of the product I purchased five years ago just because there are no spare parts available and no one has given me a solution. Do I need to personally call each of your spare parts branches and ask, "Do you have the fan in stock?" I need your help and I hope that when you listen to the recording, you realize that the staff training is not good enough. I can't wait to hear back from you.
