Dyson Cannot Supply Parts For 41 Days

Hello, I've been unable to use my vacuum cleaner for an extended period of time due to an unintentional error. I can't use it because it makes a loud screeching noise. After discussing this with a customer service representative, a part was ordered for me. However, since June 26th, the part has not arrived. I was told that the problem is in the supply chain, and no one knows when it will reach me. Because I couldn't use this vacuum, I ordered and have been using a different brand. I am very dissatisfied with this process because Dyson sales personnel assured me that there would be seamless spare parts and service options available. However, the fact that a small part has not been delivered to me in 41 days demonstrates that you do not have a realistic sales process. In short, this is my first Dyson purchase, and I will never buy another one. I will also tell everyone about my terrible experience. Sincerely
