Broken Dyson V15 Vacuum Was Returned with a Broken Hose

I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, but unfortunately, before the warranty period ended, it began to intermittently stop during use and then start again. I reached out to customer service, submitted a service request, and arranged for the vacuum to be shipped via courier from my place. They returned the vacuum and informed that the motor had been replaced. We observed an issue with the vacuum hose where the clip part was loose and on the verge of breaking. The vacuum was sent in good condition, but it was returned with a broken hose. After contacting customer service, they promised to send the part as soon as it became available. However, it has been two months now, and we still haven't received anything. It is disappointing to us that Dyson, a vacuum company, is unable to offer spare parts. We invested a lot of money in this vacuum, but unfortunately, we are unable to use it due to the absence of a basic part. Tomorrow, I plan to visit the Dyson sales stand at Hilltown Izmir AVM to advise potential customers against purchasing Dyson products due to their inadequate spare parts supply chain. We have been experiencing difficulties for the past two months, and I plan to exercise my legal rights by submitting a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. The spare part won't be able to repair the damage that has already been caused, even if they send it to me now. Dyson, you should be ashamed!
